Question

i am wondering about some thing with my leopard danios when i am watching them i see them chasing each other but not in a violet way and i am wondering because when i am watching them i see that there bottom fin and all the fins come out and display and i am wondering if it part of mating display or if it it is like a territorital kind of thing i woul be great full if some one helped me with this i asked before but i had no replies

Danios are always displaying to each other because they are always wanting to mate.
doing the chase and show is a sign to the females that they are capable and worthy of mating with.
so when she is ready she will choose the most suitable one.
