I Went To Begin Another Water Change In My Tank And I Started Gravel Vac. There Was So Much Waste I Could Barely See Through The Tank Is This The Reason 2 Of My Fish Died? This Wont Happen With 3 Platies And A Betta In A 10 Or 12 Gallon Will It And Also How Often Should I Use The Gravel Vac

Also The Tank I Am Speaking Of Is A 5G Hex Which Had 3 Mollies 3 Platies 1 Betta 1 Pleco

Not Sure Bought It At Walmart Mainly To Keep Tank Clean I Dont Want It IF It Just Creates Waste And Doesnt Help Clean Up I Dont Really Want It And It Wouldnt Be Fair To Keep It In A 10G If Its Gonna Get That Big

take the pleco back and get a couple of otos
ive got 2 in my 10G tank and they really keep that tank clean


next time dont go buy fish from walmart, most of them are usually sick
if you must, go to petco or petsmart

Common plecos can grow up to 12" (30cm), way to big for a 10gal tank.
