question for rena xp-1 users

hi. i just picked up and installed my new rena xp-1 to cut down on water agitation and co2 loss and wondered how other users have their filter basket set up. i replaced two aquaclear filters with this and i have a planted tank so will not be using the carbon. what im lookin for is some ideas as to what other users do by order. thanks

I've got an XP3 on one of my tanks, and I use coarse media at the bottom through sponge, bio rings, and then floss.
