My nano-filters seem to be overflowing - leaking on the siphoning side. Any ideas on the cause and how I can correct this?

I had this problem with one of my Azoo Mignons which is assume is the same as the Nano. My problem turned out to be the lip around the top of the acrylic tank I was using it on. It was to thick and the filter was not seated flush with the rim. I took some toenail clippers and a pair of needle nose pliers and clipped a section of the lip off the rim the length of the filter and pulled it off with the pliers so the filter then seated flush. Also, make sure the filter is level and not leaning forward or back at all. A little leveling device came with the Mignon. Hope this helps. :D

I would imagine you already thought of this - but I thought I'd mention it, just in case. Like most HOB filters, the azoo's will overflow if your filter media needs to be changed/cleaned. Is yours overly dirty? That just might be the problem. I know it's happened to me with my Penguin Mini.

Julie is correct....also, you may want to check to see if the media pads are sticking up too far.....as they get older, they get a bit longer from being stretched and tend to block the water flow a bit, which raises the level of the water in the filter....none of my azoo's have done this yet (crosses fingers) but I have had an ac200 do it.....luckily, I caught it right away.
