Question about species..

Wondering about this species of pleco I got. I'm sure the LFS doesn't know for certain anymore, as they have no had these since I bought him months ago. I believe it might be a dwarf gold spot pleco (Parotocinclus spilosoma) but I was hoping to get some other opinions.

The picture's not great, but the best I have atm.

Really not sure what fish that is... I think it may be a loach...

I'm quite sure its not a plec though - its the wrong shape.
actually, I suppose it could be an otto of some sort...
