Okay, I should know this...but here I am asking, nonetheless. My boyfriend, my LFS workers, and I all have contrasting opinions on this.

I have a 20g long reef set-up. Right now I have a Green Clown Goby, Black Clown Goby, Juv. Percula (my gobies are bigger than it is).

My question is...I am interested in getting the rest of the Clown Gobies...a Rusty, A Yellow, and a Citrinis. I also want to add a Court Jester (Rainfordi) Goby. Will I be overstocked?

Mind you none of my gobies get over 2" and the Court Jester grows to 2 1/2" They are all peaceful and there is PLENTY of nooks and crannies in the rocks to hide in and stake claim to. The Clownfish will eventually, once it's headed to full size, move into my 55g. Filtration is excellent, etc.

My LFS told me I could also slide in a Yellow Watchman and maybe a Firefish. fsdjjfsljdf those people drive me insane. My boyfriend thinks it'd be fine with the fish I currently want and have. I am hesitant.

Help a girl out, will ya?

hmm.. its going to be tricky.
I would say you should add 1 and monitor water pepramters for a couple of weeks and see how the filtration holds out.
If the water is good then add another. I still think there will be territorial issues to be honest and idefinately would not add them all at once as the bacteria simply wont keep up.

How about ading a larger external cannister to give you a few extra gallons of water capacity? this will help a little

thats really pushing it in a 20 gallon, should be fine but I'd leave out the Court jester

Well Stella, some would say you are nearly overstocked right now.

IF you add more though, definitely follow Navarres recommendations on careful water monitoring.

Well Just a caution. The gobies that look alike will fight. The citron and citriis and the rustyy all like vaguely the same color so there will most likely be fights.
