Question About My Account

In febuary my free internet trial will end and I my mom said I have to wait till I can use my other 6 month free trial of earthlink so I was wondering will my account be deleted if it isn't used for a few months, also since I'll be changing to earthlink can I still use this account that I'm using now?

Absolutely. To my knowledge they do not intentionally delete inactive accounts. There are some memebers with accounts who haven't accessed their account for 3+ years. You might just want to change your email address for notifications etc. if you have a new email account. But your member account will remain the same.
