Question About Fancy Gold Fish

is it ok to feed my fancy goldfish tropical fish pellets and tropical fish flake food?

I've looked at the ingredients/nutrition of both goldfish and tropical fish foods and to be honest there isn't really much of a difference between the two of them, so i would probably be fine to feed your goldfish tropical fish food- just make sure you vary its diet a bit by giving it stuff like suitable veg to help prevent constipation happening in the fish (short/round-bodied fancy goldfish are quite prone to it due to their physique) .
