Hi, Ive just lost my queen arabesque after 5 years. Gutted. I would like to know where I could purchase one. I heard on the grapevine that someones breeding them in Preston and I would much prefer to purchase them locally as opposed to all the way from Brazil. If anyone could enlighten me it would be appreciated.

Not sure if its me you heard about I am in preston (Forest of Bowland) and I have a female, I have ordered a male to try and breed however it could be a while, that is assuming that they form a pair. I have my male on order from Maidenhead aquatics in Blackpool at Burnside garden centre, you could probably get one ordred from there if you want one soon. I also have to wait till maidenhead are ordering plecs from that supplier as delivery on a single fish is too expensive for them.
Not heard of anyone else around here breeding them.
