I'm not sure, it comes with an adapter but I cant really tell if it would fit that. Mine didn't fit my sink either and I just hook it up to a fresh garden hose.
You can get an adapter from B&Q that allows a push-fit hose connector to go on to more or less any tap, but don't know what the end of the python needs/lools like?
I made my own - not difficult (think theres a sticky on the DIY forum?).
All you need is a couple of lengths of hosepipe, a means of attaching it to your tap and a 'Y' shaped adapter.
It probably will, you should try taking the aerator off the spout. That's what I have to do with mine. Remember when you're taking it off, you probably have to turn it clockwise instead of counter-clockwise to unscrew it since you're upside-down from it. You shouldn't have to use a wrench or anything like that, just use your hand. If you turn it and it's not coming off then you're probably turning it the wrong way.
