Pygmy Cories - How Many Can I Get?

I'm planning on gettnig some pygmy cories for one of my tanks. It's 14 gallons (about 22" in length); tank inhabitants are 1 placid male betta and a few snails.

How many pygmy cories could I get in the tank?

(Before anyone says about the betta - we do have a back up plan (or two)).

It's a guess on about 8 if u can get 6 in mine then 8 shldnt be a problem for ur tank
