Rock arrived this PM, 30# came in 2 large chunks, I know how the 1 arm paper hanger felt. Haven't been in that much salt water
since 1945 in Lengayen Gulf PI ! I had cut 1/2" and 1 1/2" PVC pipe in one inch lengths to place under the rocks, I had busted the
rocks up (chisel) into smaller pieces. Still dealing with pretty large pieces, I could not control the placement of the pipe using the
separate pieces, I sure could use some suggestions!!! I gave up this evening and just put all the rock in the tank piled up. When
I get some direction from you all I will go back and build my reef, hope this won't hurt anything? I have some little "waste" rock
left over, I thought I'd put that in a ladies nylon hose and keep it suspended in the SW to perhaps use later, any comment?
Just any advice at all in elevating the rock off the bottom appreciated !!!!!!!!!

Thanks very much

If this is a nano tank I wouldn't really worry about elevating the rock off the bottom glass. Just go ahead and rest it on there, you should be just fine :)

Yeah just stack it in directly on the glass and then add your sand (if you are using sand) around it.

If you really want to raise it off the glass then using eggcrate is probably the best option.
