Putting Sick Fish In Tank With No Bag

another one of my neons is starting to show the same symptoms of the other neon I put to sleep the other day, but I now have a quarintine tank with some old media in set up and ready for the fish, but what is the best way of acclimating the fish when I have no bag to do it with? should I just put it straight in as the water is roughly the same temp maybe 1 degree out. any advie would be helpful thanks.

I keep all my tanks at the same temp/conditions and just move my fish over with no acclimating.

Or, you could use a sandwich bag if you have one and want to use a bag.
