Puffers?

I was wondering about purchasing 1 or 2 (freshwater) dwarf or Figure 8 pufferfish from my lfs. i went in and spoke to the man that runs the store (he is very helpful and trustworthy as i am a loyal customer and he believe that fish are living things unlike other people there) and i saw some dwarf and figure of 8 puffers and i realiesed how much i love puffer fish!!!! so i was wondering about buying some for my 20g (uk) tank it has been up and running for a few months now the occupants are 4 zebra danios 5 neons 1 baby red tailed shark (to be moved to a bigger tank when older) a plec (also to be moved). Do you think i could get a few puffers in there with some neons and danios?? (the guy at my lfs thought i could as the neons and danios are much faster fish) and also what do puffers eat??

Puffers are very aggressive especially dwarfs, and really need to be kept either in a large species tank or individually. Sorry.

Puffers are pretty agressive fish - best left to themselves... While it is true that a Danio can outrun a puffer, they would live in constant fear of a puffer sneaking up on them.

Dwarf Puffers are indeed freshwater.

Figure8 are Brackish Puffers.

In a 20Gall you could get probably 5 Dwarf Puffers or 1 Brackish Figure 8 Puffer
