Yes, you could keep 1 Dwarf Puffer in that tank. Thats assuming its over filtered etc.

You could probably get 2 females in that tank if it was HEAVILY planted. I'm gonna get either 1 or 2 dwarf puffers in a 10 gallon soon. So good luck.

Correct. I might risk a DP and a trio of ottos in that tank at a real push, but not a pair of DP's.
