Puffer Forum

Has anybody noticed that Oddballs is becoming more and more filled with puffer polls.

I think there should be a puffer forum.

What do u all think?

Yes I agree. Puffers are by far the most common fish in the oddball forum and imo should have their own section.

Maybe it's because they are so odd...and ball-like! (when puffed)

Grantedthis forum is about half puffers but its about the right size for a forum, not so small that no one ever visits and not so bigthat the topics are constantly being recycled If ppll knew how to use the search function there would be about half the pufferposts on this forum that there are now aswell. This idea has been mulled over several times but is not going to happen untill the forums get about double the size that they are now IMO.

Maybe a forum topic just for all puffers, then in time if needed it can be branched out to freshwater and brackish/sw puffers.... depends on how many people wanna talk about puffers I guess

I've been thinking about this, and decided that I'n inclined to agree with opcn on this.

If the puffers had their own section, then the oddball section would be very quiet indeed.

In other words, there's enough puffer posts for a whole section, but not enough other oddball posts for the oddball section if the puffers were removed. I think it should stay as it is.

Maybe they should just re-name it Oddball/Puffer institute.

I agree that they should stay together for now since many other oddball people might not get their questions answered.

I do have thoughts about a brakish section however. As there is a tropical,saltwater, and coldwater section.

Either way, I am happy.
