been offered one of these asian bumblebee catfish at my lfs as someone took it in after it ate there neons lol.
Its about 5 inch, i understand they get to about 6, and i just saw it and liked it, quite attractive coloration. He said i could have it for £5. I havent seen them anywere else so wouldnt know if this is cheap or expensive! Any views on the subject will be appreciated!

we used to sell these in store for £12 at around the 4-5inch mark,
IME they are quite an active catfish once they are accustomed to the tank, Some will nip at fins though so not the best choice if you have any slower moving fish that spend time in lower areas of the tank.
 
From your sig there is a chance that the eel, plecos, leaf fish, and ctenopoma may be at risk
