ok hears the thing when you are signed in and you go to your flat,you can leave there and go to the mall,when you are there can you talk to people through your blue tooth or can you just talk to people there that are your friends,
i can talk to my mates but cant talk to other people /just text them,

Are you talking about the new playstation home? as in the social networking thing with your own character?, I havnt really used it but you should be able to send messages to anyone but to talk in a headset they would need to be your friends I guess...
