Did everything wrong. Found the eggs couple of weeks ago. Put into a different tank (empty). Watched with anticipation and saw nothing. Changed fish and tanks around last weekend. Sloshing water and rocks everywhere.

Had a sick gourami and used my empty tank for treatment. (internal parasites). Fish died and took me a couple of days to clean water and turn filter back on. No need, nothing in there.

Just cleaned tank, and was very dirty!!!! Then noticed dirt was swimming around and away from gravel vac. Really glad I wasn't watching a movie while doing it. I've got a bucket of fry!!!

Have to research food for the fry. Don't know when they were born, I'm sure they are hungry!!

From experience, they do quite well on newly hatched brine shrimps (nauplii). Microworms work well too. They will also eat other micro-organisms in your tank like copepods and infusoria, etc...

Thanks. Was only able to find baby brine shrimp before all the lfs closed last night. They look like bumblebee gobies stuck to the side of the tank.

Have got a batch of 9 for sure maybe more. Surprised they hatched at all. Hopefully all goes well. Read about people losing the fry a lot. Fingers are crossed.
