I've got a Juwel Rio 180 aquarium. Some of my fish have white spot, so I need to add some protozin. It says to remove charcoal from your filter...do I need to remove the carbon pad from the filter and do I leave the polyester one in place?

Correct, remover the carbon pad and leave in the polyester pads :)

82F, as long as the fish u have are ok with that

I have 3 tanks including this one (Juwel Rio 180) Fish are in the middle of being moved into it a few at a time over time. Ammonia is 0, Nitrite is 0 and Nitrate is between 0 and 12.5mg/l. Fish are mollies, platties, neon tetra, black neon tetra, SAE and bronze corydoras. Do you think the temp will affect them?

I've never used protozin myself, so I carnt say, just a quick tip, continue to treat the tank for about 1 week after it sppears the white spots have gone just to make sure they have

Just follow those directions then untill its gone
