Just warning you to watch out for products that lower the ph. They lower the pH by adding chemicals. By adding the chemicals they can increase the osmotic pressure on the fish. So while you may be trying to make the fish happy by having better water for them you could be putting them under even greater stress than they would be under in hard water that has a higher pH. I have heard that RO water is a better alternative but haven't had experience with that myself.
 
Changing the ph using chemicals can not only be bad for the fish in terms of adding unecessary chemicals to the tank but also because a stable ph is better than an exact ph as described in a book etc.

Fish can adapt to their ph and to go from that to another ph in one fell swoop ca do more harm than good imho.
