Anyone Esme have their profile pic disappear and b unable to reset it?
Or is it just me

There are a few posts knocking around but couldnt see a solution, will see if anyone has an answer here....

Though in the mean time, have you tried the more obvious... logging out and in again, clearing internet history and all of that?

Is it to do with the site update that Chad promised us a couple of weeks ago?

Mine too - doesn't say why I can't re-upload - just says it failed.

There have been some issues with the new software being slightly stricter about photo sizes/resolutions than the old version, which is stopping a few.

I'll have a hunt around and see if I can see what it's rules are.

My last profile photo was less than 100kb and it just went "poof"

Mine disappeared yesterday and I couldn't upload another, kept getting a 'failed' message. Just tried tonight and it seems to be fixed now.
