I am new to marine reef keeping but am learning as I go along.

I have tried to introduce a few mushroom corals as I am told they are easy to keep. They seem fine for a few days but then start to split as if they are dividing but then die off. Not sure what I am doing wrong as other corals mainly leather and xenias are doing fine.

Any advice would be very welcome.

Thanks.

gonna need a bit more information i'm afraid.

what flow.
what lighting.
what are your test results (i.e. temp, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia)

They are Discosoma SP (Knobby Mushrooms) They are in a low flow area.
