Problems With Flood Control

i usually browse the forum through the view new posts option, today it keeps coming up with the flood control thing for no reason. i know it's meant to come up if you've searched in the last 30secs or however long. but i'll write a full post, post it, then hit view new posts and flood control comes up, even left the forum and did some work (i know!! ) came back 5 mins later hit view new posts and flood control came up ???

has the timing been changed or are you just picking on me?

The timing hasn't changed, perhaps you are double clicking(?)

seems to have fixed itself now, it obviously just didn't like me the other day!!
