Problem

I dont think my bristlenose is getting enough food. I drop 1 aglae wafer once a day with the lights out but my cichlids quickly rush to it. Is there something else I could feed that my cichlids wont mess with. Would lettuce work. How fast should this fish grow. Mine is about 3 inches, but hasnt grown at all in the 2 months Ive had him.

They're fairly slow growers so I wouldn't worry too much about his growth rate.

I regularly feed mine cucumber and courgette. Just cut a thin slice and weight it so it sinks to the bottom.
