Problem Making A Post With Pics

Trying to post a new topic but keep getting the following

any idea's why??

What link are you putting in the IMG tags? I've noticed the same error sometimes, but I'm not sure what triggers it. Something funky in the web address, I think.

I couldn't post pics from my hard drive because the only option it would give is the url, so i tried storing pics on the yahoo photo album and posting from there but still no joy
