Prego guppy looks ODD

I have a prego guppie who has been acting stressed and I look at her this morning to see a big red spot on her side. I’ve never seen that, but It can’t be good. Also her stomach had an odd shape. Something looks very wrong. If anyone has any idea help would be appreciated. Although I’m going to move her into a medicated tank and move the rest of the females as well.

I don't think that guppy is pregnant, as there is no gravid spot. I don't know much about diseases or worms(thank goodness never had them) but if I had to guess it might be them @Colin_T might be able to help
