Pregnqnt Guppy Died - internal bleeding?

Hey - my one of my 2 pregnant guppies has passed away. I am unsure if they are still pregnant or not, I did find 2 baby guppies in the tank about 5 days ago. But both mums still seem very large.
Attached is a picture of her. I hope its not too upsetting for people, but I just want to make sure this was a natural death and not something I could prevent

It might have happened when she was giving birth and there were complications. Or it could have been an internal bacterial infection. Without seeing the fish before it died, it's impossible to tell.

Monitor the remaining fish and if it happens again, then there might be a problem.
