Nice swordtail, i'm seaching for some swordtails but the only nice ones i seen are from MaidenHead Aquatic's they were Pineapple and Lime swordtails and they looked cool. They were pricey but i'm considering in buying them.

Do you think 1 male and 1 female would be ok? i want to breed them eventually but don't want to be over run with them.

As i already have 39 baby platies to look after!!!!! from one mum.

her fry are already dead (figureativly speaking) both males jumoed out of the smaller tank she was in and the platys started bullying her. so I moved herto my 55. she is fine in there and left alone nicely, but the other inhabitants can be a bit aggressive and fry will be gone before I know they are there. I'm going to get a 30 gallon to breed guppies and swordtails in. fry will be for the large tank but I am at least two months away from tank purchase, which makes at least 5 months before I can start activly breeding.
