Pregnant Upside-down Catfish?

Hi guys, been a while since my last post but six months on following the concern of one of upside-down catfish but turns out he/she had been well and healthy. Today I've noticed one of them is HUGE! Swollen rounded belly, do we think she could be pregnant? I seriously hope he/she isn't sick.
You can see from the glass reflection also just how ballooned the catfish has become.

the fish might have eaten a lot of food.

if the fish stops eating and does a stringy white poop, then it has an intestinal issue.

Catfish don't get pregnant. They can get egg bound, but unlikely with an upside-down Catfish. I would be looking at diet.
