Help please!

I added two platys to my tank a few days back, one of which I think is either pregnant or ill :( the scales on the platy are protruding ever so slightly, not pineconing like the dropsy I’ve seen online. He/she can swim to the top fine but looks like a slight buoyancy problem as he/she will sink to the bottom when not swimming. please could someone help?? I have videos also but not sure I can attach them...

Could be a bladder problem.

Feeding peas may help flush out her stomach and help to regain buoyancy. She does look pregnant but her sinking to the bottom is not good. Are there any other fish who are stressing her out?

She could be bloated, feed her cooked, peeled peas an see what happens. If she retains buoyancy but is still fat, she might be pregnant.
