Pregnant or sick

I'm new to the world of fish keeping. I think one of my patties might be pregnant or sick. Can anyone please advise me. Thanks

It’s gravid (the fish equivalent of pregnant). Take it out of that box, which is stressing it out and may cause premature birth or death of the female. Let her hide in the plants to give birth, so she’ll feel more secure.

We have fry! She is delivering now I hope they are all healthy
