Pregnant Mollie Being Chased

Hi, got a pregnant mollie & today the male just keeps chasing her around the tank, will not leave her alone, i really don't want her to get stressed out. I don't have a another tank to seperate her. Any help suggestions would be vry much appreciated.

Issolate the male. Or petition the tank off.
Don't issolate the female as the stress could make her abort.
Is she due to have the fry as males can hassle females when there about to give birth.

Hi Wilder, thanks for the reply. Yes i think she could be ready soon to drop fry? I do have a breeding trap & net but didnt really want to use 1? How would i petition tank off?

You can buy petitions from the lfs.
Or find something plastic that would fit into the tank to seperate it in half.
