Try tempting her with some live brine shrimp or daphnia. One day wont cause any problem though Colin

I am sure that you have checked the water readings and temperature. If they are ok she should be alright. See if you can get some live food - my guppies will chew through the tank to get at brine shrimp. One thing to watch out for now of course is she may be ravenous when she drops. Make sure that there is plenty of cover Keep posting - let us know how she is. Colin
