Pregnant Guinea Pig=Problems

we.ve only had her 3 weeks so that would make her about 12 wks old, got 2 from a local pet shop, the other is male ( they live in seperate hutches), this one is soo obviously pregnant tho, and ive read that she might not be able to cope with the birth
shes soooo beautiful id be gutted to lose her... i know theres not a lot i can do about it but is there anything that would make it easir for her?
could slap that pet shop owner for letting this happen to her
