i had a male and female glowlight i had seen them mating but soon after the male died. the female is huge will she still have the fry
or will they just be eggs because dont the female have them and then the male fertlize them

yes i had a lil money left over when i got my gourami a couple of days ago so i desided to buy another glowlight and hope it was male
and then last night i noticed them mating

They are egg layers, so in any circumstances, they would not deliver fry, externally fertilised eggs only. What you saw was courting behaviour not mating. What normally happens is the eggs get re-absorbed, although some females may scatter a few.
