Pregnant Cherry Shrimp - About 2-3weeks.

Well, i have 2 cherry shrimps in a 2.5 gallon tank. The cherry shrimp has been pregnant for 2-3 weeks and i'm not sure if the eggs were developing. The color is yellow with a touch of brown (the eggs).
Is there a problem? Can i speed up the process?

let nature take its course..... They can be a range of colours really but yellow with a touch of brown sounds like the shrimplets are starting to form inside the eggs.
