Pregnant Black Widow Tetra

I have a pregnant black widow tetra , and im unsure of what to do, i have read it is very hard to hatch the eggs and to rear the fry?
So any tips would be great.

The sticky at the top of this forum on breeding most egg scatterers ahould help.

I think the eggs and newly hatched fry may be light senstive, so you may need to keep the tank dark for the first few days.

They will need very tiny foods once they become free swimming at about 5 days; microworm might be small enough; I know they can't take even newly hatched brine shrimp.
