Powerhead Placement

Hi putting the water and stuff in my tank today as im getting the live rock next week

Unsure tho where I should be putting the powerheads?

I have 3 Koralia 5's

Do I have them, in the middle at either end facing each other, or facing each other but one near the top for surface movement the one on the other side lower down?

The 3rd one should I put that on the back glass in the middle? and where abouts top, bottom?

Can you just remind me of your tank size and shape please? And how do you plan to have your aquascape?

As Seffie said, its going to depend on how you arrange the rocks. The powerheads are there to circulate the water around the live rock to keep the bacteria alive, so really, position them to give optimum flow around your aquascape. Don't worry if there are a couple of small areas that don't appear to have much movement. Fish and corals that prefer calmer currents will enjoy this.
