Powerhead Help Please!

Hi all, anyone able to recommend a power head with ajustable flow for a 70l tank? i am building a custom filter for it and need the powerhead to feed this filter. i am going to hide the filter inside a custom background, and i need the adjustable flow because the filter box will be open topped and i dont want the water to overflow back into the tank over the top of the backdrop!

The Hagen 301 should be ok for your tank. They are reasonable price & have adjustable flow, you can get them cheap on ebay I got a hagen 402 for £5.
