thanks 4 ur help

update: or would i be better to buy a 3000l/h wave maker or would this overflow my tank

The orca tl450 is approx. 50 litres
The orca tl550 is approx. 120 litres

A FOWLR will require approx 20X turn over. A full reef (softies) will require 25x turnover. Hard corals will require much more.

So, when trying to decide how much turnover a tank needs. Times the turnover rate with the amount of litres.

Example:
20x turnover X 50L= 1000LPH

EDIT: Misread your question

What corals do you have in your tank? This is dependant on how much turnover the tank will need. Although 720LPH is way too little current to run on your 90L tank. I would opt for this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sunsun-Power-Head-Wave-Maker-Cups-Holder-3000-Litres_W0QQitemZ270360862782QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Pet_Supplies_Fish?hash=item3ef2c3603e (this is what i have brought to run on my 65L tank) It is slightly too much for my tank, but would be perfect for your 90L tank :)
