hi theremy aqua medic chromis will be arriving tomora and my question is should i buy another powerhead or just use the one that comes with it??

You should have a minimum of 10x water volum per hour turnover through your powerheads. I know people that have up to 40x volume in their tanks! Its also better to have at least 2 sources of flow as minimum to create turbulence rather than a steady flow through the tank.

it really depends on what kind of setup you are planning.
for fish only, it should be fine - and some fish prefer a low flow rate.
for a reef, you will probably want to add some more flow (I would recommend a couple of small powerheads in a tank that size rather than 1 big one ).
