poured undissolved salt water in brackish tank

i was just chanig the water in my brackish tank (guppies and flounder) and i poured the new water in and then all of the salt came tumbling out at the end. i htought i had mixed it well enough but apparently not. i quickly stuck my hand in the tank and swirled it untill it dissolved.
it was 2 tablespoons of instant ocean with water in a gallon jug and i was pouring in into about 6 gallons of water.

i guess there isnt much i can do though. think my fish will be ok?
