i have two XL cleaner shrimp in my 120 litre marine, i introduced a 6 line wrasse in there about a month ago, i read that some of the wrasse can be aggressive to ornamental shrimp, but i have colleagues at work who have kept them with shrimp in the past with no problems.
Just noticed the wrasse move in to try and harass both shrimp, but both shrimp defended themselves with enough gusto to put him off.
Are the shrimp able to just deal with the issue?
Also, a friend of mine is planning to give me his cherub angel, which is fine with his cleaners, would the angel defend the shrimp as he gets cleans off them?

any thoughts would be great, thanks guys

I had a very aggressive sixline in with cleaners for years. Peppermint shrimp stood no chance against him, but larger cleaners would defend themselves and after about a week, he never bothered them again. If the shrimp seem to be defending themselves well, I would just watch and if it stays that way, he should end up forgetting about them.

I agree with nemo, big shrimp don't take the crap lol.
My hawkish won't go anywhere near my peppermint and cleaner shrimp as the are both behemoths.
