Posting Video, Need Help!

Hi i need help with posting videos!!

On a recent trip to birmingham sea life centre i took some cool videos i thought you people would like to see!! The videos are saved on my computer, now how do i attach them to a post? do i need to create a link from the net or can i simply attach them straight from my computer?

this has probally been asked a million times

and in the wrong category, but it you want to see videos i need help!!!!!

I reccomend uploading it to YouTube.com . Then, you give us the link to the movie. The best part about Youtube is that people can comment on it, which is cool
