how do i post a piture and what size does it have to be under

You can post a picture by either using the "Browse" Button below where you type your post, or you can use an online web host such as photobucket. U then uplaod your pics to your own account and copy and paste the IMG url to your post.

This thread will help you. Note that not all sections here on TFF have the option to upload pics via the browse option (directly from your pc) as it takes up a lot of bandwidth on the site.
Most people host their pics on www.Photobucket.com (yes Michael you are right).
