Possible Columnaris (Cotton Wool Disease) in Neon Tetra?

Hey guys!

Question for the room, I've noticed a small lump on the tip of one of my 6 tetra's bottom lip. I thought it could be food or a bubble but it isn't falling off. From having a quick google it seems this COULD be columnaris.

Does anyone have any thoughts looking at the video? I've not experienced this disease before but I know I need to quantile if it is this disease as its contagious.

it's not Columnaris.

it's most likely the new neon tetra virus that causes a white growth on the bottom lip. The fish live with it until they can't eat properly and then get euthanised.
