Today I noticed that 1 of my embers in my 40Gallon has popeye. I added some more sand 3 days ago and the water has been kind of cloudy. The water levels are fine and no other fish show any signs of being ill, so is it possible it's the sand/cloudyness that has gotten to the eye and caused popeye?
if wanting to treat it with more than just water changes, what should I treat for? bac. parasites, etc?
