it says in the ad " give your garden a seasonal makeover ". do you think its durable enough to keep up all the time? do you know about how much that would be in u.s. dollars?

We have those pop up tanks at canadian tire, I don't know how good they are.
That is quite the deal for that huge tank

The pop up one I wouldn't be interested in as I'm sure dogs and cats would be able to collapse it. The large tank sounds neat - If one had just the right spot for it imagine what you could do with it....
