One of my mollies got popeye once even though my water conditions were perfect. It cleared up on its own within 2 weeks but there are treatments out there for it if you have a quarantine tank.
Good news, the pop-eye has practically reduced to zero. I did a 30% WC, thats all. I'll keep a watch and do a 30% change again in two days. No need to quarintine it I guess
I had a molly with what I thought was pop-eye in only one eye. I was told that pop-eye happens in both, and the the molly probably scratched his eye on a decoration in the tank. I did nothing, and it cleared up on its own.
